[Mono-list] Where do the documentation comments live?

A pretty simple question....

On .NET, there is an mscorlib.xml alongside the reference assembly for
mscorlib.dll. On mono, there is no mscorlib.xml.

Where do mono tools read the documentation for mscorlib from? I grep'd a
lot of files but couldn't work it out. I'm probably missing something very
obvious.
