[Mono-list] Where is the source of libgdiplus-3.0.tar.gz

Mono 3.0 is the new stable series for mono, it features about two years of
feature work and all stability work that 2.10 has.

2.10 support will be discontinued earlier next year and our focus will
switch 100% to 3.0.

You can say that 2.10 is stabler now as it has been under bug fixing only
for a very very long time but doing so ignores
where we're moving to. It doesn't make sense to start with 2.10 now as in a
few months it's a release branch that will die.

We'll look into the 3.0 libgdiplus packaging issue. Thanks for pointing it
