[Mono-list] Where is the source of libgdiplus-3.0.tar.gz

Try grabbing the master branch from Github:
https://github.com/mono/libgdiplus/archive/master.tar.gz

This will have the latest code (and should therefore be compatible with
Mono 3.0)
