I am trying to make a minimal mono runtime for deployment on heroku using a
build pack. This way i want to be able to deploy nancy, and other apps onto
heroku with git push. Now i want to slim down the runtime so i only have the
bare minimum to run 4.0 web server apps.

I've compiled mono and i am now trying to delete directories and overhead,
until something breaks but i am hoping that someone of you hardcore devs can
maybe help me out by pointing me in the right direction by telling me what
directories can down and what i can do to slim down the runtime!

Thanks a lot!

Best regards!
- Emile
