Sorry, i meant to write 'declare'. There's a full working example in that
url which describes exactly what to do.

For testing purposes you can declare the extension point and extension in
the same assembly. This should allow you to more easily test that
everything is working as expected without adding the complexity of loading
separate assemblies.
