[Mono-list] HttpWebRequest.Date missing from Mono .Net 4?

I am using 2.10.8 from the official website, please see the screen shot
attached showing it is not available.

Can anyone confirm it is suppose to be available in the latest official
release package? Or do I need to install from GIT.
