[Mono-list] Just can't get MVC 3 w/ Razor to work on Mono 2.11 & Ubuntu 12.4

I forgot to add then when looking at the Terminal after running "xsp4" to
start the web server, this error appears after I try to access the site:

Missing method .ctor in assembly
/tmp/tony-temp-aspnet-0/6cde1d29/assembly/shadow/26197e1f/2d85426f_0b9c3c70_0000000001/System.Web.WebPages.Razor.dll,
type System.Web.WebPages.Instrumentation.InstrumentationService
