[Mono-list] Mdb hangs

I'm having major problems on Fedora 16 with Mono 2.10.5

On my desktop, I simply run 'mdb' and then type quit and it hangs, using 
100% CPU.
I was able to install to a Fedora 16 virtual machine and it does not hang.
However, when I try to debug something, it prints a bunch of errors such as
Cannot read symbol file `/usr/lib64/mono/2.0/mscorlib.dll.mdb.mdb': 
Could not find file "/usr/lib64/mono/2.0/mscorlib.dll.mdb.mdb".

Every library has a double .mdb.mdb extension.

I am able to run the same program on Fedora 14 and its 2.6.7 version. I 
get neither the quit hang or the double extension issue.
