[Mono-list] Mono, Foxboard G20, /dev/ttys2 no receive ?

I have not compiled my own mono just yet, is there a place I can start to
see if that's something for me?

It is, but it's pretty ugly as you've certainly noticed. 

If you're compiling your own Mono for this device and don't care about 
compatibility with MS.NET then you may want to change the SerialPort 
class directly and expose some members that control the receiver.
