[Mono-list] FileSystemWatcher implementation

Hello guys,

I've been using the FileSystemWatcher in a Mac project but looks like
I might be doing something wrong with it. It's fully capable of
catching Created events under the folder I have defined, but it
doesn't detect anything happening in a subfolder nor it does detect
any Changed events.

Is this expected?
