[Mono-list] Win32 Compile works but is incomplete, looking for whats missing

I have what may be a similar issue. I installed and reinstalled
mono-2.10.8-gtksharp-2.12.11-win32-1.exe on Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit as
admin, but I am missing files, namely all of those as shortcut targets in
Start Menu > Mono > Applications -- Glade, SQL# GTK, etc.
