[Mono-list] mono does not work with http://www.ritzpix.com/prints.aspx

I have down loaded and installed the latest stable moonlight plug-in

Novell moonlight 2.4.1.

On reboot of firefox 3.6.17, the preference are greyed out, so they cannot be set and the web
page does not display properly.

Any suggestions?
