[Mono-list] This XmlWriter does not accept StartTag at this state Error

Hi

I have a WCF service running in mono on linux and occasionally my
application crashes with "Unhandled
Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: This XmlWriter does not accept
StartTag at this state Error.".

Is there a way I can solve this or catch this exception?
