[Mono-list] the preferences in moonligt pluging do not work

I have down loaded the stable 2.4 64bit moonlight plugin, and have installed
all the mono rpms.

in my firefox web browser, the preferences is greyed out for the plugin.

Any ideas?

I am running fedora core 13 with mono 2.6.1.
