That runs for me, I see the winforms dialog.

I have quite a new mono..

Mono JIT compiler version 2.11 (master/20cc55f Tue May 3 19:25:08 BST 2011)
Copyright (C) 2002-2011 Novell, Inc and Contributors. www.mono-project.com
    TLS: __thread
    SIGSEGV: altstack
    Notifications: epoll
    Architecture: x86
    Disabled: none
    Misc: softdebug
    LLVM: supported, not enabled.
GC: Included Boehm (with typed GC and Parallel Mark)

So, all is not lost.

You could try with a mono-2.10.2 source tarball and build that, or perhaps use
the debian/experimental mono 2.10.1 from http://pkg-mono.alioth.debian.org/ if
you are on ubuntu or debian.

Regards

Ian
