[Mono-list] Consume Mono WCF from Windows

Hello Devs, 

I'm a completly newbie on Linux world and I'm nedding some help to do the
following:

1. Create a WCF service using Mono IDE and host it in a linux machine (eg.
Ubuntu);
2. Consume that service from an application developed in VS2010 and running
in a Windows machine;
