[Mono-list] Running several mono applications using the same DLLs at the same time

The error appers instantly after program is startet and trying to use the
mysql while another one also ist staret using also the MySql.Data.dll 

Both are startet with different non root users, everyone in another path
with an own MySql.Data.dll  in it.
