[Mono-list] C# code compiled on Linux and run on Windows

I looked at both dlls with Reflector and they both show all the methods. The
one difference I saw is when I was looking at the dll I built on Linux I had
to tell it where to find the Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Transport.dll. With the
one built with VisualStudio I didn't have to tell it.
