[Mono-list] C# code compiled on Linux and run on Windows

Yes the classes are marked public. I looked at the dll with dllexp.exe which
shows you the exported functions for a dll. It did not show any exported
functions, but neither did the program that I built with VisualStudio, and
it runs.

What I'm doing is Transport Agent for Microsoft Exchange server, so it is
being loaded and run by Exchange server.
