[Mono-list] Mono static library

Hi,

Is it possible to create static library of Mono? When I create one (in
MSVC2008, Win32 debug) and try to run a program which only calls
mono_jit_init() I got run-time error "Thread 6836 calling into managed code
is not registered with the GC".
