[Mono-list] Adding web reference problem

I'm using monodevelop on framework 2.6.7 and I'm trying to add a web
reference in my C# program . This is the error message that I've received:

Surfing the net I've read that it is a possible mono's bag. Is it true or
there is a solution for this problem?
