[Mono-list] build mono on AIX 5.3

Mono does not run on AIX, and will not likely be maintained on AIX.

Years ago, some folks at IBM did a port which was never released, and
the details as to the state of the port were never published.

You can try to find someone.   It will require some six months of
solid engineering for someone new to Mono to complete the port.
