[Mono-list] Problem in installing Mono - Redhat 4 or 5

First, thank you for your fast reply


when I tried 
# mono test.exe
it gives me :
-bash: mono: command not found

And I tried : 

#file test.exe
test.exe: PE32 executable for MS Windows (console) Intel 80386 32-bit
