[Mono-list] Session.Abandon causes NullReferenceException on 2.11

I am a dummy -- first of all, the previous version wasn't 2.7, it must have
been 2.8.  Secondly, I read Miguel's 2.10.1 announcement after flailing with
the master version (2.11).  So I tried again with 2.10.1 and the problem
persists.  Only this time it is at line 166 of
/mcs/class/System.Web/System.Web.SessionState_2.0/SessionInProcHandler.cs:166.

It appears all you have to do is Session.Abandon() and then try to create a
new session or access an existing session (even if checking it for null) and
this error will occur.  It does not occur on IIS or in previous versions of
mono.
