[Mono-list] Render PDF to Image on PC, OSX and iOS?

I found a number of discussions on this, but no solution that worked
simoultaneously on iOS, PC and Mac... and ideally even Android.

I need to be able to render a page from a PDF file into a bitmap so that I
can display that image in my application. Is there any solution which will
work on all those different platforms?
