I am not familiar with modio but my guess is that you either do need to
install the Windows version of .NET (or Mono) under Wine or install the OS X
version of Mono and run modio on that instead of trying to use Wine.
I would favour the later if you can just type 'mono modio.exe' or something
to see what happens.
Sorry I am saying Wine instead of Crossover. They are interchangeable if
that was not clear.
