[Mono-list] Wherefore Art Thou, Gtk# API Documentation?

This question was asked previously on the gtk-sharp list, but it appears
that the developer or developers responsible for gtk# don't monitor that
list.
The documentation for gtk# API seems to have disappeared.
1. The gtk# API documentation used to be included with the mono
documentation at http://www.go-mono.com/docs/ but is gone.
2. http://www.go-mono.com/docs/monodoc.ashx?link=root:/classlib-gnome
results in an HTTP 500 error.
3. The mono API reference (http://docs.go-mono.com/) contains entries
for Gdk, Gnome, etc, but does not contain Gtk. Also class documentation
for Gdk gives a page for each class, enumeration, etc. but when clicking
on the Members link on each class's page produces a disambiguation page
listing the class twice, with each link pointing back to the
disambiguation page.
The first two have been like this for at least 10 days now, and I am not
sure that the third has worked in months.
Would someone please fix this, or point me to the current documentation
location.
Jim
