No. You've probably installed Mono into a non-default
prefix. In this case you need to add $prefix/lib
to LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
"make install" is actually emitting a big freaking warning
about this situation... ;)

Mkbundle does not suggest to bundle libMonoPosixHelper.so.
It consumes it by itself.
