[Mono-list] System.Net.NetworkInformation: network availability

Thank  you Miguel. 
I thought I did something wrong cause the methods I need are available for
Moonlight, and I was suspecting I compiled Mono framework with wrong
parameters, or there were some workarounds. I'm glad to hear I did the
correct choice, using external libraries to handle this particular
situation.
