[Mono-list] System.Net.NetworkInformation: network availability

Hello.

I read the source code of System.Net.NetworkInformation and I found out that
what I need is surrounded by a NET_2_1 flag. So those classes would be
compiled with my Mono 2.8.2 only if I enable the moonlight profile
(./configure --with-moonlight=yes), which leads to errors during the build.

I installed Moonlight from git and ...well, I have to admit I am a little
bit confused.

How can I access the methods I need? Should I reference some more libraries?
Should I install the mono runtime downloaded from git instead of 2.8.2?

Thank you for any help and hint.
Mat
