Hi,
The problem is the one described in:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=421491
After some use of the application Mono's OracleClient raises exceptions like
"Could not allocate new OCI Handle of type {0}"
Or it crash with a message like this in apache's error log:
Native stacktrace:

Debug info from gdb:
=================================================================
Got a SIGSEGV while executing native code. This usually indicates
a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries
used by your application.
=================================================================
[Thu Jan 13 13:42:48 2011] [error] (70014)End of file found: read_data failed
[Thu Jan 13 13:42:48 2011] [error] Command stream corrupted, last command was 1
I tested the app with a Oracle Database XE 10g and a Oracle Database Standar
11g2 on different hosts and the problem persists at the web server side. We
also tried using Oracle Database Standar client libs and Oracle Instant
Client ones.
It is not a reproducible, it happens some times, when one exception is
raised the connection behaves strange, a manual restart of apache is
necessary.
The mono version is 2.6.7 on Red Hat Enterprise 5.3 x64 and Apache 2.2.3.
I'll preciate your help and feedback to determine which could be the cause.
