[Mono-list] RemotingServices.Marshal() segfaults randomly (SIGSEGV)

For package management tool 'ZMD' , based on mono and provided in SLES 11 distro , i see a random behavior where on start of ZMD service on 64bit  
, it fails with SIGSEGV.  The last API call in ZMD where it got failed was  RemotingServices.Marshal()  with mono version 1.2.6  used . 

The remote server object registered using RemotingServices.Marshal  API for making .Net Remoting calls but seems randomly fails to instantiate  
I do not have the mono debug trace currently since it is not easily reproducible .
