[Mono-list] newbie - understanding profiler data

What would be considered a stable version of Mono of production by people
here?

My app runs fine on 2.4.4.  I built mono 2.10.2 and mono-basic 2.10 from
source.  My app runs, but then becomes unresponsive after a few thousand
network requests (about 10 seconds). No code change.  No error. 

The mono web site lists 2.10.5 as the current latest stable, but I can't
find the source for that on the ftp site.  Is it available?
