[Mono-list] Mono.Data.Sqlite on windows on mono.

I have installed:
mono 2.10.2 for windows
monodevelop 2.4.2.1 for windows

and set mono as the default runtime.

However when I try and use Mono.Data.Sqlite I get the following exception:

Unhandled Exception: System.DLLNotFoundException: sqlite3

Mono.Data.Sqlite is installed with mono 2.10.2 for windows but not it's
dependency on sqlite3

Is this a bug?

I'm I expected to install this separately?
