[Mono-list] Mono 2.10.4 and WebServiceHost

Hello,

I just tried WebServiceHost sample in our samples module [*1]
and it worked for me, so it's not looking very general issue.
Can you try to create reproducible code that we can verify and 
investigate the issue?
