[Mono-list] Can't run my EXE in Windows

Hi Jim,

If you're targeting .NET 3.5 then installing .NET 4.0 wouldn't help
because they use different CLRs.   Is .NET 3.5 installed on the target
machine?  Is it possible that you require .NET3.5 sp1?
