[Mono-list] RemoveDir - XBuild vs MSBuild

I found another bug which I'll also log:

This works on MSBuild:

<RemoveDir Directories="$(BuildDir)" Condition=" Exists( $(BuildDir) ) " />

But causes a parsing error on xbuild.  It works if you put in the
value rather than the property.
