[Mono-list] What are the available configuration options to build XSP?

I have not been able to find the the configuration options for building XSP. 
For mono they are right in the readme, but XSP I couldn't find a file or a
web page that lists them. 

If it matters I am using Cygwin to build for Win32.  

Also the specific things I want to either turn off or find out how to make
them work are the  SQLite stuff, as while the make works the make install
does not.  During the make install it gets errors related to
install-sqliteDATA.
