[Mono-list] Win32 Compile works but is incomplete, looking for whats missing

I was thinking about using the last official release as a base and just
replacing what the build provided  but was worried about bugs being suspect
sounds like that would be rare though based on what is being replaced, and
retained.

I think I will be taking in XSP as we will be using that I believe as well
as gtk-sharp.  But the rest I don't think we need.  I will still take a look
at the release but may not be needed.
