First of all I have tried four different methods to compile Win32 and the
only one that got close to working is MinGW/MSys.

So please tell me your supported method of compiling Win32 from Source with
instructions on how to do it and I will do it. Because Cygwin fails,
Cross-Compile for Windows on OpenSuse 11 failes, your included VS2010
solution failes, MinGW/MSys on Windows got the closest.

So please tell me the EXACT supported method to compile Win32 and I will do
it. If its not supported with my dev environment I will create a VM to
exactly match the supported specifications you guys provide.

Right now the Mono-Project has no working documentation on how to compile
Win32. There is no updated 3rd party documentation on this that I could find
as well. So please if you provide this information it would be great if it
was used to update your aging documentation on the subject as well.

This is serious, we have bugs that the team has fixed and we cannot verify
them until we can get a Win32 compile from the latest source. We are
evaluating Mono for cross-platform viability for our commercial products
before we spend any money on the tools and commercial licensing of Mono.
