[Mono-list] How does the Mono Project build the Win32 EXE?

Both of those links provided for mono-project and shana are very outdated and
not applicable to how they have things organized under GIT and some stuff
they talk about is just not there any more.  I started with that mono
project one and it was useless.

Mono Project documentation is really poor right now.
