[Mono-list] How does the Mono Project build the Win32 EXE?

That didn't work, it will not run.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit with SP1.

When I run rebaseall from ash it fails because it is trying to go to a user
directory that doesn't exist using the 8.3 that doesn't exist, instead of to
my real user account. Therefore it ends up creating this and the system will
not allow it to create any files so it fails.

Seems like this is not designed to work with Windows long file naming, so
rebaseall will not run. Seems like the right thing to try but again a fail
for me.
