[Mono-list] Need Help to Cross-Compile for Windows on Linux

Oh one more question, if the autogen.sh as I stated works great for compiling
for Linux why does it matter what you do with it for the build-mingw32.sh
script which is not generated or modified by this process of the autogen.sh.  

The build-mingw32.sh is checked into the GIT repo it "seems" like the issue
would be with the build-mingw32.sh and how it is used or at least where to
start looking.
