[Mono-list] Need Help to Cross-Compile for Windows on Linux

I didn't leave anything out, what I stated is all that was provided which is
based on the readme instructions.  And the mono-project.com documentation on
cross-compiling for windows isn't very clear and doesn't even talk about the
autogen.sh.

How am I or anyone outside the devel group supposed to know how to do this
if its not documented?  What does "target" mean what is and how is it
provided?  Is that what the config.log shows is missing?
