[Mono-list] Installation on opensuse without zypper

If you have the 11.3 DVD in ISO or physical format it should have 2.4 at
least if I remember correctly.  

However if you are looking for the latest and greatest you will have to have
a computer with internet access to do the download.  You can go to the same
repo location zypper would use to download the mono RPM you want and install
with that.

This would be the starting point:
http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/download-stable/openSUSE_11.3

However if you are missing dependencies you are going to have to fix them
yourself before you can install.  If there is anyway you can get the box
connected to the internet for a little bit and then use zypper as follows:

zypper addrepo http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/download-stable/openSUSE_11.3
mono-stable
zypper refresh --repo mono-stable
zypper dist-upgrade --repo mono-stable
