[Mono-list] Create a shared library

I don't know anything about R language, however, if you use the 
ironPython (python over .NET) you should use a .net library without 
compile a .NET library as native.

PS -> I don't know any tool to transform .NET library in a native shared 
library on a linux system. Moreover, what is a linux native shared 
library? A piece of code write in c??
