[Mono-list] Mono 2.8, Windows, Default Culture ! en-US !

Monodevelop have no problem : the interface is in French (launching with Mono
or with Microsoft DotNet).

The problem is that I need that all threads of my application have to known
the french culture for data conversion from string (extract from xml-files)
to double and to datetime.
