[Mono-list] Build Mono.Debugger.Soft.dll

	Hi, 

	Could someone please tell me how to build Mono.Debugger.Soft.dll on
Windows?  I have the code from mono 2.6.4. 

	According to bug report 604792
(https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=604792 [1]) this is the
best solution. 

	Any and all assistance appreciated.
