[Mono-list] dmcs doesn't seem to be compiling for 3.5?

The wording is not very helpful, I adjusted the wiki page to read:

"The default compiler (*mcs*) now defaults to the 3.x language
specification, starting with Mono 2.8 it will default to 4.0."

Which should have better helped you.
