[Mono-list] WCF Empty Array Bug

Hello,

I noticed that there is a case that an array does not work fine, but 
this stack trace is not the case. So let's please file a bug with 
runnable code. The error message often (well, very often) doesn't give 
enough information by itself, and it is the case.
